We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location in a quiet area was perfect for us, as we were able to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to all the main attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff ensured that our room was always clean and tidy. We also appreciated the wide range of amenities available, such as the car hire service, laundry facilities, and airport shuttle. The hotel even offered welcome drinks and tours/ticket assistance, which added to our overall experience.

Friendly helpful staff. Relaxing setting.
The breakfast could perhaps be more substantial to cater more for European or uk tastes - eggs, toast, cereal.

Great location close to the main attractions and shops. the staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. the breakfast served was delicious, and we enjoyed the beautiful rooftop terrace. Plus, the swimming pool was a nice touch after a long day of work.
The room we stayed in was on the small side, and the bathroom could use some updating. the Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and unreliable at times.

This hidden gem is located close to many attractions and is situated in a really peaceful area to escape the hustle and bustle. the hotel has a stunning view of the walls of one of the popular attractions, perfect for snapping those Instagram-worthy pictures. In the cooler months, the eating areas provide a cozy and intimate atmosphere. the rooms are uniquely and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and beautifully designed bathrooms. the staff offers exceptional service and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
There is one aspect that could be improved upon, and that is the quality of the dinner.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety which changed daily. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was near a taxi stand and a cash machine. The rooms were unique and comfortable. The terrace was a great spot to relax and unwind.
The rooms were a bit small and crowded. The organization of the hotel was sometimes lacking as we experienced some billing issues.
